Press Stop – Sweet Creatives
Presstop launch at Arlanda
Daniel Rösth and Fredrik Harkén of Sweet Creatives had the idea of highlighting Presstop’s wide range of magazines by presenting them in illustrative shapes. The difficulty in finding magazines large enough to be bent and shaped convinced us to use CGI and 3D models instead. Once we were able to adjust the contents of the pages in whichever way we wanted, we were then free to be able to shape and light them as we wished. The resulting images were published in newspapers and on large posters throughout the country.

Pripps Sommarlager – Åkestam Holst
Classic swedish lager
This tasty summer lager did not even need to show up for the photo shoot. The labels are 3D renders that were retouched together with the bottles.

Marabou – Ogilvy
Mmm… Marabou
Two chocolatey animations were to be produced for Marabou Premium. The agency Colony, and Ogilvy’s Helena Thorsell, were looking for a clean, luxurious feel. Under a tight time schedule the 3D animation was produced – with a little help from some photographic realism.

Nordea
Medals in Vancouver
Magnus Lie and Sebastian Khalighy, the creative team at Nordea, came to us with an idea which was nicely timed with the Winter Olympics. Nordeas winning fund on the stock exchange, the Olympia Fond, required some extra exposure during the games. It was a freezing winter in Stockholm, but it still didn’t quite provide that perfect Alpine feel. Some creative montaging and retouching soon solved that. Finally, some extra love was put on the 3D podium, to slightly enhance our gold medalist. The image was later animated, and was seen in print and on the web throughout the games.

Seven Day – Volt
The mousetrap
Pick the wrong bank and you’ll find yourself trapped. Thats the message that Alexander Hansen from Volt wanted to send and he needed an upmarket, designed mouse trap. The best way we could provide him with one was by creating one from scratch in 3D.

Wayne’s Coffee – WorkShop
Fantastico
Hot pasta dishes were having their première at Wayne’s Coffee and new images were required. Drifa Yngvadottir of Workshop came to us with a sketch of ‘twirling pasta’ that she wanted illustrated in a photographic kind of way. Getting the shape of the pasta just right was the biggest challenge in this project, and we solved it by modeling the spaghetti in 3D.

BO:X – John Doe Worldwide
Decorate with Simon & Thomas
‘Decorate with Simon & Thomas’ was the invitate campaign for an inspirational day at Bo:x, an interior design centre. The idea was to create an interior still life with Simon & Thomas portrayed as porcelain figurines at the centre. Sculpting in porcelain was not really an option and so 3D/CGI became the solution. The two celebrities were created in Zbrush and the environment was shot in our studio, together with art director Jörgen Berglund. With all the details finalized and with the photorealistic models in place, we carefully put everything together as one final image. A second campaign was also made, with our porcelain models on the scene once again, this time in a newly photographed environment. Both images were widely published in national newspapers and were used extensively on the web.

Fagerhult Outdoor – Kompago
Let there be light
Communication agency Kompago was selected by lighting specialists Fagerhult to create a campaign for the launch of their new outdoor range, Fagerhult Outdoor. The team, consisting of Joakim Blomquist, Pär Löfstedt and Fredrik Polback, wanted to emphasize the importance of good outdoor lighting by illustrating the same location with and without illumination. The project resulted in an ad campaign as well as a product catalogue.
